Lay out all stand parts on a flat surface. Connect the crossbar to the bases, attach the hammock frame bars, install the hooks with the washer and wingnut, and hang the hammock on the hooks as shown in the included assembly image. The hammock should have a slight curve when first fitted and can be adjusted as the cotton stretches. Always enter from the middle, keep the setup on a stable surface, and inspect the frame, hooks, and fabric before each use.
